Hilary is our northside dietitian and nutritionist, covering Paddington, Caboolture, Redcliffe and surrounding areas. With four years’ experience she brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise and is ready to help your health and well-being goals with her expert nutrition advice.

Hilary graduated with a Bachelor of Dietetics from the University of Sunshine Coast in 2021. Prior to this, she also completed an Advanced Diploma in Nutrition in 2018. Since then, Hilary has gained experience working as an aged care dietitian in both clinical and community settings and then working in private practice where she focused on women’s health, diabetes management, weight management and cardiovascular disease as a telehealth dietitian.

Basing her approach around educating her clients, Hilary helps clients understand how food impacts their health, and provides practical, evidence-based strategies to help support their goals.

Hilary is passionate about helping people understand food and nutrition whilst taking into account everyone’s individual circumstances to provide a tailored approach.

Areas of Expertise

Diabetes Management: Hilary is particulary interested in providing dietetics support for Type 1 Diabetes and Type 2 Diabetes – including insulin resistance, metabolic syndrome, managing high blood sugar levels. Hilary is currently undertaking a specialised Sports Dietitian course to further support athletes in optimising their performance. Soon, she will be offering dedicated nutrition services for Marathon Runners,
Triathletes, Football Players, Tennis & Squash Players and more!
