How much do physio sessions cost at Hiya Health?
The price of Physiotherapy sessions at our Labrador clinic depends on the type of referral/funding body source (if applicable).
For Medicare Clients: For clients referred under a Care Plan from their GP, who don’t have a concession card, we charge a $49.65 gap for 30min Physiotherapy sessions. Note: Private health subsidies cannot be used to cover the gap payment on EPC Plans.
For private paying clients: Initial consultation cost: 45-minute Initial consultation: $166 Extended 60-minute Initial consultation: $229. Follow-up consultation cost: 30-minute follow up consultation: $125 45-minute follow up consultation: $156 60-minute follow up consultation: $208
The duration of follow-up appointments will be direct by your Physiotherapist dependent on your tailored treatment plan and preferences. Our Labrador clinic takes private-health subsidies and has HICAPS to process them on-the-spot. The Labrador clinic treats clients from a range of funding bodies including (but not limited to) WorkCover, NDIS, Home Care Packages, Remedy Health at Home, and DVA.
Do I need a GP referral to see a physio?
No referral is required, but it may be necessary for certain programs or funding schemes. Contact us for personalised advice.
Do you provide telehealth appointments?
Yes, Hiya Health offers telehealth appointments for convenient remote consultations. Our telehealth services allow you to access expert allied health care from the comfort of your home, ensuring continuity of care without the need for in-person visits.
Do you do physiotherapy for children?

What facilities do you have?
Our clinic has a fully equipped gym, a play-based space with a climbing wall, sensory rooms, and private treatment rooms. We also have a small waiting area, and toilets, including an accessible toilet.
