What facilities do you have?
Our clinic has a fully equipped gym, a play-based space with a climbing wall, sensory rooms, and private treatment rooms. We also have a small waiting area, and toilets, including an accessible toilet.

Why are you moving?
Our exciting new location is going to allow us to elevate our services further by having a larger gym space with more equipment, capacity to expand the types of services offered, have a dedicated paediatric therapy zone, more treatment rooms to expand our accessibility for more clients and ample parking for ease of access. This is in continual pursuit of Hiya Health’s vision to enhance client outcomes by ensuring we have the very best in clinical care in the optimal environments and locations.
Do I need to do anything?
No, Your appointments will automatically transfer to our new clinic once we move locations. We will let you know in clinic when we plan to open the new site. The new address will be 128 Brisbane Road, Labrador.

Will there be parking at your new site?
Yes, we will have ample parking spots for all of our clients on site, otherwise there is street parking also available on the service road that runs parallel to Brisbane Road.
Is there wheelchair access in the new clinic?
Yes, the new site will have wheelchair access available.
Will my practitioner change?
Not at all! You’ll still see your usual practitioner and the friendly team you know and trust.
