Refer a new client to us and receive a $20 e-gift card, in accordance with these terms and conditions.​ Promotion start date is 31 July 2024 and will continue to run until advised. 

• The new client (referee) must book in an initial appointment and pay invoice to activate this offer.​
• Once qualified, the existing client (referrer) will have a $20 e-gift card emailed to them from Prezzee within 14 days.

Reformer Pilates classes – claiming private health

*Any clients who wish to claim private health insurance on their Clinical Reformer Pilates class sessions, will need to attend an initial appointment with a Physiotherapist or Exercise Physiologist for an assessment to be able to make claims on those sessions. Please also check with your insurance provider on their own terms and conditions.

Private client cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy: For all services we require at least 24 hours or 1 business day notice for any private appointment or class cancellations. This notice period allows us to offer your spot to another client who may be on the waiting list. It also helps us manage our schedules and resources more efficiently.

For ‘short-notice cancellations’ (within 24 hours or 1 business day of booked appointment) or ‘non-attendance’, a fee from 50% up to the value of the service may be charged, and payment may be requested at time of booking for subsequent bookings, and will be at the discretion of Hiya Health. If you have a pre-purchased pack or class membership, the session will automatically be deducted from your balance.
