Zoe graduated with a Bachelor of Clinical Exercise Physiology (1st Class Honours) from The University of Queensland.

Her special interests include metabolic conditions, chronic disease management, and paediatrics, believing exercise should be both functional and enjoyable.

Zoe has taught movement for over 10 years, starting as a dance teacher, transitioning to personal training, and now as an Exercise Physiologist. She has her certificates in both reformer and matwork Pilates (Level 1) and enjoys bringing these disciplines into her programs.

Outside of work, Zoe enjoys travelling and spending time with her dog, family, and friends. She loves pasta, sunsets, and buying books faster than she can read them.
