Zoe Cotterill
Exercise Physiology, Hiya Health Beenleigh
Zoe Cotterill is an experienced Exercise Physiologist for the Beenleigh community with a passion for paediatrics, chronic health conditions, diabetes, and cancer care. With a strong background in movement and fitness, Zoe is dedicated to helping clients build confidence in their abilities, improve their health, and create realistic and positive long-term lifestyle changes.
Zoe completed a Bachelor of Clinical Exercise Physiology at the University of Queensland, graduating with First Class Honours, highlighting her dedication to providing evidence-based practice.
Before becoming an Exercise Physiologist, Zoe taught movement for 10 years, starting as a dance teacher and moving into personal training and receiving her level one reformer and matwork Pilates certificates in 2017, giving her a deep understanding of movement, strength, and rehabilitation. Her approach to care is client-centred, ensuring that each individual feels supported, engaged, and empowered in their health journey. She values building strong professional relationships and making sessions both effective and enjoyable. She believes that movement should be both fun and functional, helping clients make exercise an enjoyable and sustainable part of their lives.
Outside of work, Zoe enjoys travelling and spending time with her dog, family, and friends. She loves pasta, sunsets, and buying books faster than she can read them.
Zoe is committed to providing expert Exercise Physiology care at Hiya Health Beenleigh, supporting clients of all ages to achieve their health and wellbeing goals.
