Nicole is an experienced Physiotherapist at Hiya Health Labrador with a passion for community rehab, neurological care, and making meaningful connections with her clients.

Nicole holds an Bachelor’s Degree in Physiotherapy from the Auckland University of Technology and has done additional training in women’s health, LSVT for Parkinson’s, vestibular rehabilitation and hydrotherapy. Originally from New Zealand, she’s worked across Australia and the UK in a variety of settings—private practice, rural health, and community rehabilitation—bringing a well-rounded and adaptable approach to her physiotherapy work.

 Nicole enjoys treating a wide range of conditions including neurological and musculoskeletal issues, acute and chronic pain management, and women’s health. Having completed her APA level 2 women’s health accreditation, Nicole has a passion for supporting and empowering women in the management of pregnancy-related issues, postpartum recovery and pelvic floor dysfunction. Nicole also has experience managing the neurological conditions such as Parkinson’s Disease, Stroke, Acquired Brain Injuries and Multiple Sclerosis.

She’s especially passionate about empowering people to regain independence and confidence through functional movement and tailored, evidence-based care. Having worked with everyone from professional athletes to older adults and people with complex neurological needs, Nicole’s approach is always person-centred and collaborative, with a focus on clear communication and realistic goal setting.

 Since having relocated to Queensland, Nicole is enjoying exploring the sunshine state with her husband, enjoying the beaches, camping and cooking
