Shania is a passionate and dedicated physiotherapist who is driven to empower everyone through meaningful movement. She graduated from the Australian Catholic University with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy and enjoys working with people of all ages and abilities to help them move, feel, and live better.

Shania has experience across a range of areas including musculoskeletal and sports injury management, post-surgical rehabilitation, neurological physiotherapy, and paediatric physio. She takes a warm, bubbly, and comprehensive approach to create a comfortable space where clients feel motivated and confident in their recovery.

When not at the practice you can find Shania spending time with family, friends and her dogs. She enjoys her quiet time by reading a book or lounging at the beach and moving her body by walking with the dogs or with a pilates class.
