Paul is an experienced Physiotherapist and Exercise Physiologist with over a decade of experience in the allied health space, specializing in helping individuals recover from injuries, manage pain, and regain their mobility. With a strong background in sports and musculoskeletal injuries, orthopedic rehabilitation, vestibular/vertigo management and sub-acute neurological conditions, Paul takes an active, personalized approach to ensure every patient receives the best care tailored to their needs.

Graduating with a Bachelor of Exercise Science and a Graduate Diploma in Exercise Science from Griffith University followed by a Doctor of Physiotherapy from Bond University. Over the years, Paul has worked with a diverse range of patients, from athletes to everyday individuals, focusing on creating treatment plans that deliver long-term results rather than just temporary relief.

Paul believes in fostering strong, collaborative relationships with patients, taking the time to understand their goals and providing the tools needed for effective recovery. Whether a patient is recovering from an injury, dealing with chronic pain, managing vertigo or looking to improve overall movement, Paul is committed to supporting their journey to better health.

Outside of their practice, Paul enjoys long distance running, weightlifting, skiing, surfing and playing with his two daughters and continuously seeks to expand their knowledge by staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in physiotherapy.
