Mitch Holmes is an Exercise Physiologist with a Master’s degree in Clinical Exercise Physiology and a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise and Sports Science from Australian Catholic University. With a passion for working across the full spectrum of health and performance, Mitch helps clients of all ages – from young athletes to older adults – achieve their goals through tailored, evidence-based exercise programs.

His professional interests include athletic performance and development, healthy aging and falls prevention, sports and occupational injury rehabilitation. Alongside his work at Hiya Health, Mitch is a Strength & Conditioning Coach at Ormiston College, where he supports student-athletes in building resilience, strength, and long-term performance.

Mitch’s approach is both professional and personable – combining clinical expertise with a genuine passion for helping people move, recover, and thrive. Outside of work, Mitch enjoys running & cross-fit, hiking, travelling, and exploring new coffee spots.
