Mitch is a charismatic Exercise Physiologist & Strength and Conditioning Coach.
Mitch has a passion for working with healthy ageing populations, and injury rehabilitation, including return to sport. He also has an interest in neurodevelopmental, metabolic and neurological conditions.
Carrying a wealth of knowledge and practical approaches to his service, Mitch has pursued advanced training in Strength and Conditioning Coaching and is currently completing his PhD in Rugby League Performance Metrics with Queensland Rugby League.
Mitch has effectively worked with a wide range of clients and stakeholders over his career thus far from all walks of life – from toddlers to high level athletes to elderly. Mitch approaches all clients equally striving to deliver outstanding exercise physiology services through individualised assessments and treatment plans that are goal oriented.
Using evidence-based practices incorporating exercise-based therapy, health promotion and education and collaborative care. Mitch’s thorough approach empowers clients and ensures clients achieve and continue to thrive through goal setting and achievement.
Mitch spends his downtime at the beach, mowing his lawn, in the gym practicing what he preaches or consuming any form of sport, especially Rugby League!
