Jordan is an Exercise Physiologist based in our Labrador Clinic. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Clinical Exercise Physiology.

Why choose Jordan?

Jordan’s path to becoming a Clinical Exercise Physiologist has not been a straight line, and he believes that is his greatest strength as a practitioner.

Before entering this field, Jordan served in the Australian Army. While that time taught him discipline and physical fortitude, it also came with its share of service-related injuries and the challenge of navigating life after discharge. He has personally navigated the complexities of physical and mental health struggles, learning firsthand that true strength isn’t just about how much you can lift, it’s about how you rebuild yourself when things get heavy.

Jordan aims to bring this lived experience into every session. He understands that for many young people, physical barriers are often tied to emotional ones.

As a father of two young boys, Jordan knows that children need more than just instruction; they need connection. He aims to provide a mentorship role that goes beyond standard rehabilitation. Whether he is helping a child recover from a sports injury or helping a neurodiverse teenager find focus through movement, his goal is to teach them that they are capable of more than they think.

Jordan aims to develop true resilience in my clients. using exercise not just to treat a condition, but to build a foundation of self-belief and mental toughness that will serve them for the rest of their lives.
