Jess is a dedicated Physiotherapist & Clinical Pilates Instructor & mum of 2 girls.

Originally from New Zealand, Jess brings a wealth of expertise to her practice, having pursued advanced training in Pilates, Dry Needling/Western Acupuncture, Women’s Health, and Pelvic Health Physiotherapy.

Jess has a passion for treating pelvic pain, pelvic floor dysfunction, pre and postnatal needs, including abdominal separation. She also has a keen interest in working with adults & kids with neurodevelopmental disorders, mental health & neurological conditions.

With a diverse background, Jess has effectively worked with a wide range of clients – from high level athletes, babies to elderly. Her approach ensures assessments and treatments are tailored for the individual and she integrates evidence-based practices with a holistic methodology, incorporating exercise-based therapy, manual therapy, dry needling, collaborative care. This comprehensive approach ensures her clients achieve and exceed their goals.

Jess enjoys spending her down time somewhere in the water or adventuring with her family – she has 2 young daughters who keep her on her toes!
