Senior Exercise Physiologist, Hiya Health Beenleigh
Jeremy is a dedicated Senior Exercise Physiologist at Hiya Health Beenleigh, bringing over six years of experience in helping individuals regain strength, mobility, and confidence through tailored exercise programs. Having spent much of his career supporting the Ipswich community, Jeremy has developed a well-rounded skill set in musculoskeletal rehabilitation, metabolic management, paediatrics, and strength & conditioning. He has extensive experience delivering reformer Pilates, hydrotherapy, and gym-based strength and conditioning training, and is passionate about providing education to his clients through home programs and injury or chronic disease management strategies.
Jeremy completed his Bachelor of Clinical Exercise Physiology at Queensland University of Technology in 2017, graduating with distinction. He has continued to advance his knowledge through reformer pilates training and mat work level 1 pilates courses, along with extensive professional development in musculoskeletal disorder management, metabolic health, and exercise interventions for paediatrics.
Jeremy believes that exercise is for everyone, but the right approach looks different for each individual. He takes the time to understand his clients’ needs, helping them build confidence, resilience, and sustainable movement habits. Whether working with children, individuals managing chronic conditions, or athletes looking to improve performance, Jeremy is committed to providing practical and effective exercise solutions.
Outside of work, Jeremy enjoys all things sport – particularly watching rugby league, playing touch football, and getting strong in the gym. He’s always looking to expand his knowledge through podcasts and books, ensuring his practice is informed by the latest research.
