Why choose Jack?

This translates into a keen clinical interest in Musculoskeletal health and Sporting Injuries – particularly in endurance sports. Furthermore, they are deeply committed to Paediatric and Neurodevelopmental conditions, enjoying the challenge of helping children and those with complex needs reach their physical potential.
Jack’s approach is rooted in the belief that movement is medicine. By combining their technical knowledge of biomechanics with a holistic, individual-focused methodology, they ensure every treatment plan is as unique as the patient. Whether it’s a weekend warrior or a child reaching a new milestone, Jack is dedicated to helping them exceed their goals.
When not in the clinic, you’ll find Jack adventuring on a hiking trail, wrenching on his 1980’s Landrover ute, or finding a moment of calm in the garden. An avid photographer, they love capturing the beauty of the outdoors between training sessions.
