Ella is a passionate Accredited Exercise Physiologist and Pilates enthusiast based in our Hiya Health Labrador Clinic.
Why choose Ella?
Originally from Newcastle, Ella moved to the Gold Coast to complete her Bachelor of Exercise and Sports Science before furthering her studies with a Master of Clinical Exercise Physiology. She firmly believes that “movement is medicine” and is essential during all stages of life. Ella works closely with each individual to create sustainable, evidence-based plans, placing a strong emphasis on client education to ensure a truly collaborative approach to health.
Ella is particularly passionate about Women’s Health, including osteoporosis and osteopenia management, falls prevention, and oncology rehabilitation. She also has a keen interest in supporting those with neurodevelopmental disorders.
