Brooke is a passionate Exercise Physiologist dedicated to helping both adults and children reach their full potential, move with confidence, and achieve meaningful, long lasting improvements in their quality of life. She graduated in 2021 with a Bachelor of Clinical Exercise Physiology from Queensland University of Technology and has committed her career to helping her clients thrive through evidence-based, person-centred care.

Brooke is passionate about using movement as medicine and empowering individuals of all ages to take control of their health and wellbeing. She specialises in creating tailored exercise interventions that support physical function, boost confidence, and improve quality of life—particularly for women navigating different life stages, children with developmental challenges, and individuals managing neurological conditions.

Outside the clinic, you’ll find Brooke in a Pilates class, enjoying a picnic in the sun, sitting by the fire with a hot chocolate or baking up a storm in the kitchen. She believes balance is the key to a happy and healthy life and that a good adventure or a slice of cake can be just as important as physical activity.
