Annie is a qualified Exercise Physiologist at Hiya Health. She graduated with a Bachelor of Clinical Exercise Physiology from The Queensland University of Technology and is also a certified Pilates instructor at Hiya Health Paddington. Annie has a special interest in Women’s Health, holding advanced training in Women’s Health Exercise Physiology and postpartum return to running. She integrates Clinical Pilates and Exercise Physiology to support women through pregnancy, postpartum, menopause, and beyond.

Her passion for exercise and rehabilitation stems from her own experience recovering from multiple back injuries during her years as a rower. Working with allied health professionals throughout her recovery inspired Annie to become part of others’ rehabilitation and health journeys.

Annie is dedicated to empowering women to move with confidence, improve their well-being, and feel strong and supported through all stages of life.

When she’s not in the clinic, you’ll often find Annie at the beach or spending time with friends and family.

I firmly believe that exercise is one of the most powerful tools for women’s health. Every woman deserves the ability to move with confidence and engage fully in daily life – whether during pregnancy, postpartum, menopause, or beyond. Supporting women through these stages and knowing that my knowledge and clinical application have helped them feel strong, capable, and empowered makes being an Exercise Physiologist endlessly rewarding.”
