Alex is an Exercise Physiologist at Hiya Health. In 2022, Alex completed her Bachelor of Clinical Exercise Physiology at Griffith University and subsequently started working at Hiya Health early in 2023.

Drawing inspiration from an active childhood immersed in sports like Touch Football and Netball, Alex’s journey towards promoting well-being and human movement was destined from an early age.  This contributed to her deciding to pursue a career in health and found her place in Exercise Physiology.

Alex has a deep commitment to promoting health and well-being through physical activity. She has worked with a diverse clientele ranging from paediatrics to neurological and musculoskeletal conditions.  She has a special interest in women’s health and looks forward to expanding her knowledge and experience in this area.

In her spare time, Alex enjoys spending time with her family in her hometown of Chinchilla, playing AFL and relaxing at the beach with her friends, accompanied by a good book.
