Adele is a dedicated Physiotherapist specialising in women’s health and movement-based rehabilitation. She is also a certified Clinical Pilates Instructor and proud single mum to her daughter, Heidi.

Why Choose Adele?

Adele’s passion for women’s health began during her clinical placement in the Women’s Health Department on the Maternity Ward at Westmead Hospital, where she witnessed firsthand the profound impact physiotherapy can have on women during pregnancy and postpartum recovery. After graduating with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy from the University of Sydney, Adele began her career working in a specialist pre- and postnatal physiotherapy and Pilates clinic, where she was able to put her passion into practice, supporting women through all stages of pregnancy, birth, and beyond.

Adele provides compassionate, evidence-based care across the spectrum of women’s health – from pelvic floor rehabilitation and postnatal recovery to managing pelvic pain, prolapse, and incontinence. She has a particular interest in helping women reconnect with their bodies through movement, empowering them to feel strong, confident, and supported.

Her belief in the power of movement stems from her own experience with injury. After sustaining two back injuries in her early twenties, Adele discovered how Pilates and “active treatment” – using exercise as medicine – allowed her to regain function and stay active. This personal journey shaped her approach as a physiotherapist, blending hands-on techniques with individually tailored exercise programs to achieve lasting results.

Now based on the Gold Coast, Adele and Heidi are loving the sunshine, beach walks, and the slower, family-friendly pace of coastal life.
