Is movement & exercise right for my condition?
Exercise that is completed at the right intensity, for the correct duration and correct frequency can have a really positive impact on managing a woman’s health. A targeted exercise and movement program can be a safe and effective way of supporting your body during times of change or increasing demand, whether that be during pregnancy, managing chronic pelvic pain, pre- and post operatively or when going through the changes of menopause. Specific and tailored exercise programs can help you manage your symptoms and ensure you can continue to stay active during these times when women typically wouldn’t.
