At Redcliffe Hiya Health, we have a team of passionate male and female Accredited Exercise Physiologists. Our team adopts a person-centered approach, ensuring that you feel valued and heard. Person-centered care involves you and the practitioner collaborating to set goals and create a plan.
Our Accredited Exercise Physiologists are dedicated to delivering a program tailored to your needs, schedule, and capacity. Our Accredited Exercise Physiologists offer community-living home visits as well as in-clinic gym sessions.
We provide services to the wider Redcliffe peninsula, offering support to everyone from the paediatric to the geriatric community. The Redcliffe features multiple rooms (i.e., individual consult rooms, gym space, and paediatric sensory rooms), providing you with a comfortable and accommodating environment. They also tailor your exercises to the real-world environments you will encounter in the community, helping you overcome any challenges you may face (e.g., we have an internal staircase for practice).
Whether it be weekly sessions or touching base every few months to update your Exercise Program and check in on your progress.
Our Accredited Exercise Physiologists can offer in-clinic gym-based sessions; bespoke Pilates Reformer classes or 1:1 Hydrotherapy sessions at three local swimming pools.
