Funded Physiotherapy For QPS Members at Hiya Health

Hiya Health is a registered provider for three funded Physiotherapy sessions for all Queensland Police Service employees.

To access the service, all you need to do is fill out the intake form and we will contact you to book in the best suitable time for your needs.

Hiya Health have been selected as a registered provider as have meet strict criteria on formal qualifications of our Physiotherapists.

We prioritise your needs by increasing our availability for appointments for all QPS employees utilising the SelfRefer program.

The QPS SelfRefer program has been designed to support all Queensland Police Service personnel with a range of physiotherapy services. The program is anonymous and discreet.

Initial consultation

Your practitioner will take you through a subjective & objective examination where they find out about you, your condition, how it affects you and your goals. They will then perform an objective examination specific to your concerns.

Discuss assessment, and recommended treatment

Your practitioner will take you through the findings of their assessment, and in detail provide recommendations which will be developed based on your goals.
