Take Control of your Joint Health
For many, osteoarthritis of the hip or knee can feel like an unavoidable part of life.
A significant 1.8million Australians report having Osteoarthritis, and global research has found that the knee is the most frequently affected joint.
The good news? There’s a way to manage joint health, regain mobility, and improve quality of life.

With the right support, you can strengthen your joints, reduce pain, and move more freely—whether walking comfortably, keeping up with family, or enjoying your daily routine.

Work one-on-one with experienced physiotherapists and exercise physiologists to develop a customised exercise plan. These exercises are tailored to your specific needs, helping to strengthen muscles, stabilise joints, and improve flexibility—all key to regaining mobility and reducing discomfort.
Nutritional Guidance for Joint Health
What you eat plays a crucial role in managing osteoarthritis. Our expert dietitians will guide you through simple, sustainable dietary changes designed to reduce inflammation, alleviate joint pain, and support overall health.
Practical Lifestyle Advice
Small adjustments in how you approach daily tasks can make a big difference. From ergonomic tips to strategies for managing household activities, the program equips you with tools to make life easier and maintain your independence.
Ideal for pre-surgery conditioning
The Healthy Joints program is ideal for clients who are looking for pre-surgical conditioning. The program has been developed based on the ERAS model (enhanced recovery after surgery) which facilitates a reduced recovery time after surgical procedures by improving muscle strength and general fitness levels, so you can get back to feeling like yourself, sooner.
Holistic Care for a Better You
This isn’t just about physical health. By focusing on the complete picture, the Healthy Joints Program helps improve your mental well-being and empowers you to live a more fulfilling, active life.
What you can expect from the Healthy Joints program
With the Healthy Joints Program, you’re not just addressing the symptoms of osteoarthritis—you’re taking steps toward a healthier, stronger future. This program is about giving you the tools, knowledge, and support you need to reclaim the activities and moments that matter most.
6 week Physio-led Program
The Healthy Joints program consists of 12 physio supervised group sessions at our clinic in Redcliffe over a 6 week period. The sessions will consist of low-intensity exercise suitable for those experiencing joint pain and you will be fully supported by our experienced clinicians.
Multidisciplinary advice
In addition to physiotherapist-led sessions, advice from our exercise physiologists and dietitians will be embedded throughout the program. Our dietitians will cover relevant topics like nutrition for weight management, training nutrition, as well as other topical questions.
Support for your individual goals
Whether you are simply looking to improve joint movement, get help with pain, or are looking to improve strength pre-surgery, you will get one on one advice from our experienced team of physios, exercise physiologists and dietitians throughout the program.
What happens at the end of the Healthy Joints program?
At the end of the 6 week Healthy Joints program, there are no obligations to continue. However, our clinicians will be happy to discuss your progress inline with your own personal goals. We can also discuss your progress with any of your other health practitioners. You can also choose to remain on the Healthy Joints program continuing to work with our physiotherapists, exercise physiologists and dietitians in a group based format.
Take the next step towards better mobility
Imagine a life where joint pain doesn’t hold you back. Whether it’s enjoying a walk with loved ones or performing everyday tasks with ease, the Healthy Joints Program can help you achieve a healthier, more active lifestyle.
