For adults, our therapists specialise in recommending home modifications, assistive technologies, and ongoing therapeutic interventions.
We aim to enhance independence within homes and communities, promoting sustained autonomy. Additionally, our team excels in crafting advocacy reports for funding purposes, such as Assistive Technology and Functional Capacity Assessment reports. We accommodate various funding avenues, including My Aged Care Home Care Packages, NDIS (Self-Managed, Plan-Managed, and NDIA-Managed participants), Medicare Enhanced Primary Care Plans (EPC)/Chronic Disease GP Management Plans (GPMP), Department of Veteran Affairs (DVA), WorkCover, and offer Private Health rebates.
