Without exercise or physical activity, we lose our ability to complete daily tasks and activities that we once took for granted. Having the ability to pick up a washing basket, walk upstairs or sit and stand out of a chair are not things we can comfortably do forever if we are sedentary. My goal for everyone is to make everyday life as comfortable and as easy as possible through exercise, and most importantly, for them to enjoy exercise and make it a part of their life. ”
