“I find learning about different people and how they live to be so interesting and I feel like this reflects on how we need to provide interventions. There is no one-size-fits-all approach and we need to work holistically to find out what sort of care, modification or intervention will suit each person to work with their individual lifestyle and needs. This is the sort of problem solving which makes me love this area of work and I love getting to know each participant and what is meaningful to them so we can work out how to make this possible in their lives.”
