“Like many practitioners in this industry, my interest in the human body and passion for exercise was sparked from an active childhood. Early on, I knew that I wanted to work with people, especially in the healthcare industry. I was able to combine these by pursuing a career in Exercise Physiology. As an Exercise Physiologist, I value the importance of providing my clients with the tools and education to give them control over both their lives and their health.”
