Matt is a dedicated Exercise Physiologist at Hiya Health. He completed his Bachelor of Exercise and Sport Science at Central Queensland University in 2021. Following his undergraduate studies, Matt pursued a Masters of Clinical Exercise Physiology at the Australian Catholic University, graduating in 2023.
Matt joined the Hiya Health family shortly after completing his master’s degree and has been an invaluable member ever since. He has a keen interest in working with individuals who have neurological conditions, musculoskeletal injuries, and those looking to enhance their athletic performance. Matt’s approach to exercise physiology is centred on personalised care, ensuring that each client receives the tailored support they need to achieve their health and fitness goals.
In his free time, Matt enjoys playing football, going to the gym, and spending quality time with his wife and daughter. His passion for sports and physical activity extends beyond his professional life, making him a relatable and inspiring figure for his clients.
