Alyssa is a qualified physiotherapist at our Redcliffe clinic. After graduating from the Australian Catholic University, she has continued to develop her expertise, driven by a deep passion for empowering individuals through movement.

With a diverse background as a reformer pilates instructor, surf coach, and over seven years of experience working with children, Alyssa adopts a holistic, client-centred approach to care. Her special interests include paediatric physiotherapy, women’s health, management of neurological conditions, falls prevention, and integrating reformer pilates into rehabilitation.

Alyssa firmly believes that movement is medicine. She takes pride in working with clients to help them achieve their individualised goals. By combining evidence-based practices with exercise, education, and manual therapy, Alyssa ensures comprehensive and effective care.

She is passionate about creating a supportive environment for clients of all ages. Whether guiding a child through developmental milestones, assisting in post-surgical recovery, pre and post-natal care, or building strength and confidence through Pilates, she is committed to promoting long-term health and resilience.

In her spare time, Alyssa enjoys surfing, practicing reformer pilates and spending time with friends and family.
