With expert guidance from qualified sports performance professionals, your child will train in a structured, clinic-based environment, where they’ll benefit from professional assessments and testing to track their progress. Plus, they’ll learn from experienced clinicians who have worked with local soccer, rugby, and touch football teams.

Program Dates: Saturday April 5 to Monday April 21, 2025 – running daily (excluding Sundays)

Junior Athlete Program – 9 – 16 years

Our Junior Development Program is designed to take emerging athletes to the next level, preparing them for a successful preseason, and putting them ahead of their peers. 

By completing the workshops, athletes will: 

  • Increase strength and power 
  • Improve running mechanics 
  • Faster reactions and Agility 
  • Reduce risk of injuries 
  • Learn from industry Experts

The program includes a comprehensive assessment to establish baselines strength, fitness and mobility levels and tailor the program to their specific needs. The Programs are structured to ensure the fundamentals of athletics are covered, while still allowing individual changes to suit sport specific requirements. 

Our Exercise Physiologist and Physiotherapists are experienced working with elite sporting populations including Football, Baseball, Hockey, Rugby, AFL and Tennis including professional organisations such as Brisbane Roar FC.
