Are you eligible?
If you are a DVA card holder, the Department of Veteran Affairs Gold card, Totally & Permanently Incapacitated Gold TPI card or a white cards are accepted as payment upon a GP referral or prior approval. To find out more about the payment for our services, see more information provided by DVA.
If you are unsure, please do not hesitate to speak to your GP about obtaining a referral for a D904 referral. Once you have your referral, our experienced team will be ready to work with you, providing client centred care and assistance.

INITIAL CONSULTATION
Where are you now? Where do you want to be?
Your practitioner will get to know you, your goals, and your limitations. This first appointment will be a mix of conversations and testing. This allows us to come up with “The Plan”.

AGREE ON THE ‘PLAN’
Let’s get started on your journey to better health / performance
Your practitioner will come up with your individualised treatment plan and once your happy, begin to implement this with you. This is usually in the first 1-2 sessions.

ONGOING SUPPORT
Let’s stay engaged to achieve your goals
Your practitioner will act as your coach through your rehabilitation and performance journey. This will include coming up with an individualised rebooking and follow up plan with you and your support team.
