Our dedicated team of Occupational Therapists work with clients of all ages using a client and family centred approach. We work with clients with a range of needs and conditions and offer a variety of services including Home Modification and Assistive Technology assessment and prescription, Functional Capacity Assessments, Fall Risk Assessments and ongoing capacity building supports for Paediatric and Adult clients.

We offer appointments in-clinic as well as home visits in surrounding Moreton Bay suburbs including Scarborough, Kippa-Ring, Clontarf, Newport, Kippa-Ring, Deception Bay, Rothwell, Burpengary, Narangba, Kurwongbah, Dakabin, North Lakes, Mango Hill, Kallangur, Griffin, Bray Farm, Petrie, Murrumba Downs, Brighton, Sandgate, Shorncliffe, Deagon, Boondall, Tiagum, Bracken Ridge, Bald Hills, Strathpine, Brendale, Lawnton, Zillmere, Aspley and Carseldine and beyond!

Paediatric therapy

The Paddington Occupational Therapists have experience in paediatric therapy and helping children to achieve their goals. Whether it’s working on school readiness, fine motor skills, dressing and self-care, emotional regulation, social skills, independence with daily routines, upskilling older teens to move out of home or get their first job, adjusting to schooling expectations, or teaching parents skills to help ease the family routine, our Occupational Therapists love to keep therapy play-based and interest-focused to reach your goals whilst using an evidence-based approach.

Adults and Older Adults

Our clinicians also have experience providing Occupational Therapy services for adults and older adults, including recommending home modifications like grab rails, ramps, and complex home modifications such as lifts or bathroom accessibility; prescribing assistive technology or equipment including shower chairs and bathroom safety equipment, kitchen aids, wheelchair and mobility aids, adjustable beds, and pressure relieving seating; assistance returning home from hospital; and ongoing therapy for upper limb, stroke and brain injury rehabilitation, and independence for daily living.

We see clients through a range of funding bodies, including the My Aged Care Home Care Packages, NDIS (Self-Managed, Plan-Managed and NDIA-Managed participants), Medicare Enhanced Primary Care Plan (EPC)/Chronic Disease GP Management Plans (GPMP), Department of Veteran Affairs (DVA) and WorkCover. We also can provide Private Health rebates.
