Adam is an Irish physiotherapist with extensive experience working across Ireland, the UK, New Zealand, and Australia in both hospital and clinic settings. He has a broad background in musculoskeletal and neurological physiotherapy, with a particular passion for supporting clients with neuromuscular disease, cardiorespiratory disease, acquired brain injuries, and stroke recovery.

He also holds a degree in Health and Performance Science, giving him a strong foundation in creating evidence-based, strength-focused programs. Adam has expertise in working with clients across the lifespan, tailoring programs to individual needs and abilities – from paediatrics to older adults – to optimise function and achieve meaningful results.

Adam takes a holistic approach to care, focusing on each person as a whole rather than just their condition. He works closely with clients to co-create treatment plans that align with their goals, promote self-management, and help them unlock their full potential. He also recognises the emotional and psychological aspects of recovery, providing support that addresses both physical and mental wellbeing.

Helping people achieve meaningful progress in their lives is what drives Adam, and it is this combination of experience, knowledge, and personalised care that he brings to every session.
