Mitch Tozer is a dedicated and experienced Clinical Exercise Physiologist at Hiya Health Cleveland, with a strong passion for helping individuals recover from musculoskeletal injuries, return to sport or functional activities, and achieve peak athletic development. With over eight years of experience in exercise physiology, Mitch has honed his skills in both clinical practice and management, having held roles as a clinic manager and regional manager.  

Mitch’s educational journey began at the Queensland University of Technology, where he earned his Bachelor of Clinical Exercise Physiology. Since graduating, he has pursued ongoing professional development, equipping himself with advanced certifications and expertise to provide evidence-based, individualized care to his clients.  

Personal interests

Mitch believes that hard work and consistency are the foundations of success in health and fitness. He is deeply committed to empowering his clients through strength training and exercise, emphasising that perseverance delivers the best results. Practicing what he preaches, Mitch enjoys staying active himself, with a love for rugby and water polo. Recently, he took on the challenges of long-distance running and cycling, culminating in the proud achievement of completing his first marathon in 3hrs 23mins.
