“I firmly believe that ‘Balance is key’ to healthy eating. It’s about embracing moderation and variety in food choices, allowing room for our favourite foods as nourishment for the soul. Instead of focusing on restriction, I advocate for enhancing meals by adding nutritious elements, fostering a positive and sustainable approach to nutrition”.
