Extensive experience in Clinical Pilates
With extensive training in Clinical Reformer and Mat Pilates, Amber integrates these methods with strength and conditioning principles, as well as hands-on techniques such as manual therapy and dry needling. This well-rounded approach allows her to manage each client’s unique needs with precision and care.
Outside of the clinic, Amber draws on her own background in competitive sports including ice hockey, figure skating, snow sports, adventure racing, running, and CrossFit. This firsthand experience enhances her ability to relate to active individuals and support them through every stage of their recovery and performance journey.
