Alexander Caine

Alex is an experienced Exercise Physiologist at Hiya Health Caboolture. In 2018, Alex completed his Bachelor of Exercise and Sports Science at ACU Melbourne. Alex then completed a Masters of Clinical Exercise Physiology at UQ in 2020. Following the completion of his studies Alex commenced work with DVA populations, helping them to achieve their goals and improve their health status. Alex then joined the Hiya Health family in 2022 and hasn’t been happier. 

Alex has a passion for lifting weights and helping those he works with to better understand the benefits and changes that can be achieved. Alex believes in education around lifestyle changes and the impact small steps can make to address health outcomes. Alex feels strongly about working with all the tools at his disposal to achieve the needs of his clients. Investing in clinical reasoning and passionately pursuing the goals of his clients. Alex believes in working within a multidisciplinary team and making sure that your goals and best outcomes are supported.

Alex has worked with various populations throughout his career and has developed a deeper understanding of musculoskeletal injuries, age related degeneration, Neurological conditions, and mental health management. When Alex is not kicking goals with his superstar clients he enjoys is down time. Alex loves reading fiction novels, syfi tv shows, walking his dog Ellie and going on dates with his amazing wife.
