Sign your Teen or Tween up for our Junior Athlete School Holiday Program, designed to improve their fitness, strength, movement, mobility, stability, agility, and coordination!

We will bring a positive impact on not only their physical capability, but their mindset and emotional wellbeing too.

Small sessions – groups of 4

Junior Athlete Program – 9 – 17 years

Our Junior Development Program is designed to take emerging athletes to the next level, preparing them for a successful preseason, and putting them ahead of their peers. 

By completing the workshops, athletes will: 

  • Increase strength and power 
  • Improve running mechanics 
  • Faster reactions and Agility 
  • Reduce risk of injuries 
  • Learn from industry Experts 

The program includes a comprehensive assessment to establish baselines strength, fitness and mobility levels and tailor the program to their specific needs. The Programs are structured to ensure the fundamentals of athletics are covered, while still allowing individual changes to suit sport specific requirements. 

Our Exercise Physiologist and Physiotherapists are experienced working with elite sporting populations including Football, Baseball, Hockey, Rugby, AFL and Tennis including professional organisations such as Brisbane Roar FC.

Individual sessions

Buy 2 sessions: $90

Session Times – starting wk of December 2

Tuesdays: 1 – 2pm

Wednesdays: 2.30pm – 3.30pm

Thursdays: 9 – 10am, 11am – 12pm, 2 – 3pm

Fridays: 11 – 12pm

Saturdays: 7 – 8am
