Renovations FAQs
Will my sessions be affected by the renovation and smaller class sizes?
No. Classes will run as normal until December 23. We will be closed over the Christmas break and when we reopen, the new smaller classes will begin.
Will the new system change how I book classes?
Yes! After you receive your Momence login details, you’ll use the app to manage your bookings moving forward. It’s a user-friendly platform, and we’ll be available to assist you with any questions.
Can I still claim Private Health Insurance rebates with the new system?
Yes, Momence makes it easier for you to claim your rebates, so you can focus on your health while we take care of the details.
Why is the class size changing?
The reduction from seven to four participants allows us to shift from a general class to a Clinical Pilates model. This smaller size ensures you get maximum individual attention, precise technique correction, and a program that is truly tailored to your body’s specific needs and goals by our qualified Physiotherapists or Exercise Physiologists.
When are you transitioning to the Momence booking app?
We will switch over to Momence on December 23, 2025. All bookings for 2026 onwards can be made from that day. We will send out a login link to existing clients, as this is the new way of booking all classes. New clients will need to revisit this webpage on December 23, and follow the instructions we will provide in regards to creating a Momence account, buying sessions, and booking a class.
Do I need to do anything to transfer my credits from Mind Body to Momence?
If you are an existing client with Mindbody credits, no action is required on your part. We will handle the transfer of any remaining credits from Mindbody to Momence on December 23, and you’ll be sent your login details for easy access.
Will the pricing for classes change?
Yes, there will be an adjustment in pricing to reflect the more personalised, clinician-led nature of the sessions. You can purchase casual sessions for $53 per class, or we are running a promotion until end of January 2025 for a 10 pack at $350.
What is the difference between the old and new classes?
The core difference is the clinical and personalised focus. The old class was for general fitness; the new class is led by a registered clinician and is focused on using Pilates principles for injury management, rehabilitation, specific strength goals, and health maintenance. This is a higher-value, more therapeutic service.
