Annie is a qualified Exercise Physiologist at Hiya Health. She graduated with a Bachelor of Clinical Exercise Physiology from The Queensland University of Technology and is also a certified Pilates instructor at Hiya Health Paddington.

Annie has a special interest in Women’s Health, holding advanced training in Women’s Health Exercise Physiology and postpartum return to running. She integrates Clinical Pilates and Exercise Physiology to support women through pregnancy, postpartum, menopause, and beyond.
