Annie is a qualified Exercise Physiologist at Hiya Health. She graduated with a Bachelor of Clinical Exercise Physiology from The Queensland University of Technology.  Annie furthered her qualifications by obtaining her certificate in Pilates equipment, which led her to commence Pilates instructing at Hiya Health Paddington in the same year. Annie holds a special interest in Women’s Health and Clinical Reformer Pilates.

She found her passion for exercise and rehabilitation after she sustained multiple back injuries during her schooling years as a rower. Consequently, Annie’s path intersected with various allied health experts throughout her recovery process, thereby sparking her interest in being part of an individual’s journey. Driven by her passion for making a meaningful impact, Annie is dedicated to applying her knowledge to empower individuals to enhance their well-being, regardless of their circumstances.

When Annie is not in the clinic spending time with her clients, you’ll likely catch her relaxing at the beach and spending time with her friends, family and dog Max!

“I firmly believe that “exercise is the best medicine”. Every individual deserves the ability to move and engage in daily activities. Being a part of someone’s journey and knowing that my knowledge and clinical application have made a positive impact on their life, makes being an Exercise Physiologist endlessly rewarding.”.
