What is reformer Pilates, and how is it different from mat Pilates?
Reformer Pilates is a full-body workout done on a machine called a reformer. The springs and pulleys provide resistance to help you build strength, stability, and flexibility. It offers more support and challenge than mat Pilates, making it suitable for a wide range of fitness levels.
Do I need any prior experience in Pilates or fitness?
Not at all. Instructors guide you through each move and offer modifications, so you can go at your own pace.
What should I expect in my first class?
Expect a mix of stretching, core work, and controlled movements using the reformer. You’ll be shown how to use the machine safely and guided through each exercise.
Do I need to bring anything with me?
Just bring a water bottle and grip socks and a towel. Everything else is provided.

Always let your instructor know beforehand. We welcome clients with injuries and can adapt exercises to suit your needs, however you will need to have an initial assessment with one of our practitioners booked in a session prior to attending your first class for full clearance.
